Github Actions Node Actions Template

Things to change:

Update your desired node version
In the "Cache Node Modules", update yarn.lock to your lockfile.
Update the installation step with your package manager.
Add any additional commands you require
Update active branches OR enable workflow_dispatch (for manual running)
